How to Measure a Plot

  1. Open Marea on your phone or tablet
  2. Find the plot using satellite view — search by address or GPS-locate yourself
  3. Tap the corners — drop a pin at each boundary corner; the app draws and measures the polygon
  4. Refine pins — drag pins to the exact corner of the fence, wall or kerb you can see on satellite
  5. Save it — store the plot under a name you’ll recognise

For irregular plots, just keep adding points around the boundary. There’s no limit on the number of corners.
